Yes. The Digital Plan is available in any country. For on-site services, we evaluate each location and configure the best available operation. Tell us the city and within 24 hours we’ll confirm the options for your property.
Perfect. We transfer your existing listing to our management account without losing your reviews or history. Or if you prefer, we build an optimized listing from scratch. Your call.
We transfer your earnings (minus our commission) between the 1st and 5th of each month, for the previous month. You can choose bank transfer or deposit. Everything documented and transparent in your app.
We don't believe in locking anyone in. You can cancel the service with 30 days' notice and no penalty. We're confident you'll want to stay for the results, not because of a contract.
You remain responsible for basic utilities. However, with the Full-Service Plan we pay them on your behalf and deduct them from your monthly earnings, so you don't have to worry about a thing.
